In consideration of the payment of an advance deposit of $100.00, the parties agree the following:

1. CJ's Cafe is not a private dining area. The walkway MUST remain clear at all times.
2. CJ' Cafe can only be rented from 3 pm until 10 pm during the week and 11 am to 10 pm on the weekends. The room must be vacated by 10 pm.
3. Food services are available, please contact the Hotel General Manager. There are no kitchen facilities available. Ice must be provided by Lessee. Hotel guest ice machines ARE NOT FOR LESSEE USE .
4. The Hotel will not provide any food or drink unless contracted specifically to do so.
5. All tables and chairs must be returned to the original arrangement . Trash must not be left on the tables. Trash bags will be provided upon request. Hotel staff will be responsible for disposal of garbage.
6. Live music and DJ's are prohibited in CJ's Cafe.
7. Lessee will be responsible for damages and guest behaviour. Also, Lessee agrees to reimburse repair costs for any damage done by his/her guests.
8. Cancellation at least three days prior to the rental date is required to receive a refund.
9. All public areas in the Criminal Justice Center and the Hotel are tobacco free. This includes the concourse area,lobby,halls,guest rooms,etc.
